Open to all hall users and local residents, starting with a cup of tea, so please send your confirmation of attendance to the Secretary (email: pmhsecretary@gmail.com) so that we can cater for you, and also have a record of people attending.

Approval of AGM minutes from 30 September 2021 (attached below)
Chair’s review of 2021 and discussion
Treasurer’s Review and presentation of the approved Accounts
Estates team, including the gardening group, the new heating system, audio-visual additions.
Bookings report - impact of Covid and our recovery.

Election of Trustees

Recommendation by appointed members of the Board (WI and U3A representatives) that its four elected Trustees are invited to restand, en bloc, for another three years:
Elizabeth Storey, Hugh Woodhouse, John Williams, Jan Mulreany.
Confirmation of the new Trustees' election

An update for the year 2022, to date:

Feedback from the members, collection of suggestions for other improvements
